Shipping and Returns...
All orders are produced and shipped within 5-7 business days (12-16 business days for all plates, cups and bowls).
Because this product is customized for you there are absolutely NO
RETURNS accepted. We do however, guarantee the quality of our work and
will service your needs to the best of our ability. Once an order is
placed it can not be canceled for any reason as it will be scheduled
into production automatically.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is $8.95 per item ordered for shipping to the 48 US
States and will ship either by UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority mail. Please
allow 1-8 days for delivery once the order is shipped.
When ordering multiple items there is a flat fee of $13.95 for shipping
to the 48 US States.
